The system is inspired by professional support platforms like WhatsApp Help Center and is developed to provide a smooth support experience for students using both desktop and mobile devices. Multiple categorized sections such as Get Started, Account & Security, Chatting System, Profile System, Student Portal, GPA Calculator, Marks Analysis, and Materials Vault are included to help users quickly find relevant information and solutions. The platform also includes article-based support pages with modern formatting options such as headings, highlights, blockquotes, code-style text, and structured step-by-step guides to improve readability and user interaction. The interface is designed with responsive layouts, smooth navigation, clean typography, and modern UI elements to create a professional support environment. The Help Center plays an important role in improving student accessibility, reducing confusion during account setup, and providing instant guidance for platform-related activities. The entire system was developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, AJAX, and MySQL with a focus on responsive design, optimized performance, and modern user experience standards.

It ensures that only authorized students gain access by verifying their identity through their official university email. During registration, students are asked to provide: • Full Name • VIT-AP Email (must end with @vitapstudent.ac.in) • Mess Food Type (Veg/Non-Veg) Once submitted, an OTP is sent to the given email. Students must enter this OTP to complete the verification process 🔐.
